Joe Biden will finally have to vacate the White House in January.
But in typical Joe Biden fashion he seems to be intent on going out with questionable behavior.

Biden was in Rio de Janeiro at the G20 on Monday when he was supposed to be taking the group picture with other world leaders. But he missed the picture, and you can hear a pool reporter talking about “waiting for Biden” as the leaders walk off. The pool reporter then says that Biden is “behind a palm tree.”

“Oh my God… they took it!” an American journalist was heard uttering on the pooled video feed after other leaders clasped hands and smiled without the retiring commander in chief.
“Yup, he’s right there … he’s behind the palm tree right now!” the unidentified reporter alerted her peers.
That shows just how much respect they have for Biden; they didn’t bother to wait.
You can see him wandering around here with Canada’s Justin Trudeau, who also missed the picture.

The White House denied it had anything to do with the presence of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and claimed it was just a matter of “timing.” Lavrov ended up being in the top row in the center of the photo while Biden was absent from his swan song photo.
“Due to logistical issues, they took the photo early before all the leaders arrived,” an unnamed senior US official told the media.

That followed Biden arriving late at the APEC conference in Peru earlier in the weekend.
Biden made other world leaders wait more than five minutes to take the group photo at the APEC Summit in Peru — then stuck him in the back corner when he finally showed up.

He also blew off any questions from the media while in the Amazon rainforest and en route.

This was sounding a bit desperate from the reporter, as she begged for Biden to answer them, “You haven’t talked to us the whole trip!”

Somehow, those incidents sum it up for Biden’s time in office — absent, late, and blowing off the press.
