- READ MORE: Trouble in paradise? Candice and David Warner appear to have a tense conversation as they film a project in Sydney
Candice Warner has always had an enviable physique — but now it seems the former Australian IronWoman has joined a throng of celebrities shrinking before our very eyes.
The wife of Australian cricket captain David Warner took to her social media on Monday to share some sweet photos of herself and her two daughters at the beach.
The 39-year-old sported a black one-piece with a plunging neckline and black sunglasses as she stood barefoot on the sand.
Compared to similar photos taken last summer, Candice looks to have lost quite a bit of weight.
In the new photos shared by Candice on her kids’ mum-and-dad-managed Instagram account ‘The Warner Sisters’, she beamed at the camera with her arms wrapped around her daughter’s waist.
Candice and David Warner, who married in 2015, share three daughters, Ivy, 10, Indi, eight, and Isla, five.
‘Catching the sunrise and an early swim before school is always so special,’ Candice penned as the caption on her girls’ Instagram page, which has 177,000 followers.
The Sydney socialite appears to have slimmed down since she vowed to maintain the 5kgs of muscle she gained to fight fit on her season of SAS Australia.
‘I love going to the gym and following a weights program or something that’s a high intensity workout to start the week off,’ she previously told Body + Soul magazine.
‘I train every Monday and Tuesday morning in the gym because if my week all of sudden gets really busy I like to allocate those two days as it sets my week up.
‘After I drop the girls to school, I spend one hour in the gym Monday/Tuesday and Thursday morning if I can. On a Wednesday I like to go for a jog, whether it be by the coast or Centennial Park [in Sydney’s Paddington] or on a treadmill- I like to get at least 30 minutes in a couple of times a week.’
She added that she’s ‘addicted’ to ocean paddling and enjoys the ‘completely total body workout and being in the ocean and saltwater.
‘I just feel incredible afterwards!’
Meanwhile, fellow Sydney socialites like Pip Edwards and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson have also debuted significant body transformations in recent months — in tandem with the likes of Hollywood stars Oprah Winfrey and Rebel Wilson.
Radio host Jackie told how her recent 18kg weight loss came down to a year of strict diet and exercise after overcoming her addiction battle.
‘After three years of sitting on a lounge consuming copious amounts of fast food, alcohol and sedatives that slow down the metabolism, the body will go into shock and shed the kilos when that stops,’ she said.
‘Rumours circled that I was taking Ozempic — because surely I must be on the weight loss wonder drug to have had a transformation so dramatic.’
