Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little have continued to fuel romance rumours with their choice of Halloween costumes.
The radio co-hosts, who have repeatedly been hit by romance rumours, took to Instagram on Friday to show off their ‘couple’s’ Halloween outfits.
The pair hilariously dressed up as ice skating champions Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean to recreate their iconic Valentine’s Day performance.
At the 1984 Sarajevo Olympics, Torvill and Dean famously won the gold for their routine to Maurice Ravel’s Bolero, which saw them finish lying across the ice.
Torvill and Dean earned the highest ever score for a single performance with their now-famous routine after receiving 12 perfect sixes and a standing ovation.
And Carrie, 43, and Tommy, 39, recreated the famous moment for Halloween this year, sharing photographs of themselves posing lying down on an ice rink.
Carrie channelled Torvill in a beaded blue mini dress and tights, while Tommy dressed as Christopher in a blue shirt and purple trousers.
Not stopping there, the pair revealed that they would also be recreating the dance routine on the ice and would be watched by none other than Torvill and Dean.
They captioned an Instagram post: ‘The 80s were full of iconic moments.. the launch of MTV, the release of the Nintendo Gameboy and @torvillanddeanofficial’s 1984 Gold Medal winning #Bolero routine!
‘From 3PM today, we’re recreating this iconic routine, and #torvillanddean will be joining us to see the results!!’
Fans went wild in the comments as they were left in hysterics over the ‘iconic’ Halloween outfit, gushing that the pair had ‘nailed it’.
Carrie and Tommy have been repeatedly hit by romance rumours ever since they hosted their HIT FM radio show from Paris, France, last year.
Carrie split from her partner of 11 years Chris Walker at the start of 2022, while Tommy has been reportedly single ever since his split from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.
Tommy rushed to Carrie’s side at the time that she confirmed her break-up, leading insiders to speculate their friendship could evolve into something more.
Carrie announced her split from Chris in an Instagram post in January 2022, saying the pair were focusing on co-parenting their three children, Ollie, 16, Evie, eight, and Adelaide, five.
‘It’s with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,’ she wrote.
‘While this is a tough time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children Ollie, Evie and Addie with everything that we’ve got.’
Elsewhere, the pair have had a hugely successful year with their drivetime radio show, Carrie and Tommy.
In August, their program was once again named as the number one national drive show in Australia.
The Hit Network show nabbed an 11.1 per cent share in Australia, securing the top spot for the fourth time in a row in an impressive feat.
The pair said of the results: ‘We are so lucky to have such a hard-working team and incredible listeners who continue to drive us to unbelievable results.
‘Thank you, Australia, for making us #1 for the fourth time in a row.
‘We’re having an absolute blast every afternoon, and we love sharing in the fun with listeners around the country.’
Hitting the number one spot made it the pair’s fourth consecutive win in the ratings and the best result the Hit Network has received for its Drive slot since 2018.
