It’s such a great thing listening to all the final remarks and ceremonies of the Biden team. It’s the countdown of a really bad time in the life of the country with a bright light on the other end coming on January 20.

One of my favorite things so far is how despondent Jill Biden appears, now that they will be out of power.
It’s so humorous that Biden’s Department of Defense even gave him and Jill “Distinguished Public Service” medals so they could feel like they did something. Nothing says Soviet Union-like but awarding yourself a medal.

Meanwhile, Kamala Harris seems to think she will have a second life despite blowing through more than $1.5 billion and still massively losing the presidential election.
She was at a traditional desk signing event on Thursday when she was supposed to sign the desk in her ceremonial office. She was in full-on jazz hands and word salad mode.

Yeah? Can we talk about things that didn’t happen?
She said when they were thanking her, they were thanking the team and that they had a commitment to “lifting up the American people, lifting up their hopes and dreams, and understanding through it all the nobility of public service.”
Someone’s going to have to tell me something that she even did while occupying the office because it doesn’t seem like much. At least not good. She smacked down a lot of people by helping to make inflation worse and did virtually nothing to help the situation at the border which had been her charge.
Then here was what I meant by her seeming to think she’s going to have a second life. Cackle warning.

She’s not going to go “quietly into the night.” But you are going into the night. You lost, whether you want to accept it or not. She’s just not dealing with it very well.
Now that might mean she’s going to run for California governor in 2026 or it might mean she thinks she will have a chance in 2028 for the presidential election. But she’s gotten the boot now.

Her team chanted, “MVP!”
Holy cringe.
Whole room chants “MVP” as Kamala signs the desk drawer and says:
“We’re getting work done until Monday”
She hasn’t gotten SH*T done in 4 YEARS!

Hard to actually be an “MVP” if you haven’t done anything. All these folks are delusional and they’re going to be out too. If she hasn’t done anything up till now, why would she do anything between now and Monday?
Then she said “Dougie” was going to take a selfie. Could they get any more cringeworthy than this?
