Diddy accuser’s lawyer claims ‘high-profile person’ was present while ‘pornographic’ acts were performed at rapper’s house

An attorney for one of Diddy‘s accusers has claimed that a ‘high-profile person’ had been present during ‘pornographic’ acts at the disgraced rapper’s Atlanta house.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54 – who has been denied bail by a judge – was indicted for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution earlier this month in New York City.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, a lawyer for one of the music artist’s accusers, appeared during Friday’s episode of Banfield on NewsNation and stated that someone had reached out to her regarding the ‘sale of one of the Diddy tapes.’

She alleged that the person was ‘more high-profile’ – but did not reveal the name of the individual that could be seen in the tape.

‘There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video.’

The attorney further told the host that, ‘I can tell the video was pornographic.’

‘This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped,’ Ariel claimed.

While also on Banfield, the lawyer discussed one of her clients who was allegedly sexually assaulted by Combs in 2018.

According to Mitchell-Kidd, the accuser had also filed a police report after being able to allegedly ‘escape’ at the time.

‘She reached out to me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her assault and her escape,’ Ariel said.

‘She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.’

However, it wasn’t until Diddy had arrived to the home that she realized he allegedly had plans for sex trafficking her.

‘It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,’ Mitchell-Kidd claimed.

‘And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.’

However, Ariel’s client allegedly was able to escape and made her way onto the streets near the house, with a neighbor also witnessing the moment.

It comes shortly after Diddy’s own attorney made a shocking statement about a plea bargain for his client.

The embattled rapper has no plans to take a plea bargain, according to his attorney Marc Agnifilo.

Combs insists that he is innocent and plans to fight in the trial until the end, Agnifilo told TMZ for the outlet’s new documentary on the case.

His attorney also shared that Combs strongly believes that this is a ‘racially motivated prosecution’ and that he is being targeted because he is a ‘successful Black man.’

This comes after his attorney previously told the outlet that Combs ‘can’t wait’ to testify in court.

Agnifilo, a former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney, told the outlet that Combs plans to ‘fight this case not just for himself, but for others in a similar position,’ who are also facing government persecution.

His attorney also said that Combs has his family on his mind and wants to prove to them that he is ‘the same man they’ve always known.’

Agnifilo previously said that the Bad Boy Records founder is ‘eager’ to testify.

‘I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand,’ he said. ‘I think he is very eager to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of his story.’

He shared that Combs also wants to tell his side of the story in regards to the 2016 hotel security footage of him attacking his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

‘He has his story and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real-time,’ Agnifilo told the outlet. ‘And it’s a human story. It’s a story of love. It’s a story of hurt. It’s a story of heartbreak.’

He is also expected to be questioned about his ‘freak-off’ parties.

On September 16, Combs was indicted in New York City and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was denied bail.

The judge who will preside over his case agreed with prosecutors that he was a serious flight risk and that he posed a danger to others.

This comes after Agnifilo explained the alleged reason behind the ‘1,000 bottles’ of baby oil and lubricant authorities found in Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles.

‘I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know,’ he told the New York Post.

Later, Costco chimed in and slammed the allegations in a statement to TMZ, saying they do not carry baby oil in any of their U.S. retail locations.

Last week, Combs was placed on suicide watch after he was denied bail.

According to the US Department of Justice National Institute of Corrections, suicide watch is when ‘supervisory precautions [are] taken for suicidal inmates that require frequent observation.’

However, Combs is remaining positive, according to his attorney. ‘His state of mind is actually remarkably positive,’ Agnifilo said.

‘I spend several hours with him every day. His resolve is strong. He’s engaged,’ he continued.

‘He’s focused on his defense,’ he said before adding that Combs has ‘come to terms with the fact that this is where he is for now.’

Agnifilo also said that he is working on setting a trial date as soon as possible.

TMZ Studios’ new documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, is now available to stream on Tubi.
