The 26-year-old actress dressed to the nines and suited up in a sharp outfit as she joined her castmates at the Ham Yard Hotel for the star-studded event.
For the upcoming Bob Dylan biopic, which premieres on Christmas Day, she joined her co-stars Monica Barbaro and Edward Norton as well as director James Mangold on the red carpet.
Fanning — who stars in the biopic alongside leading man Timothée Chalamet as the girlfriend to his Bob Dylan — put on a stylish display in an oversize, gray blazer teamed with matching, wide-leg trousers.
Underneath her chic jacket, she donned a red and white, check-patterned blouse.
She also paired her outfit with a pair of chunky, patent leather dress shoes with gold details.
The Great star slicked back her light blonde tresses in a polished bun with a deep side part.
She opted for soft and radiant makeup look with a brown smoky eye, rosy pink blush and a mauve pink lip.
On the red carpet, she posed for snaps alongside her co-star Monica Barbaro — who plays Bob Dylan’s former girlfriend and musical collaborator Joan Baez in the biopic.
The 34-year-old actress put on a stunning display in a black minidress with a bow detail across her chest and a cleavage-baring cutout.
She paired the sexy, black garb with sheer tights and black pumps.
The Top Gun: Maverick star left her chocolate brown tresses down in soft, subtle waves and completed her look with a bold, red lip.
The two stars also joined their fellow castmate Edward Norton for a photo on the red carpet during the event.
The trio shared big smiles as they posed on the red carpet and celebrated the upcoming premiere of the biopic.
For the event, Norton, 55, put on a casual display in an all-gray outfit.
The Fight Club star donned a dark, thin hoodie, which he layered over a light gray T-shirt.
He paired the cozy top with matching jeans and black, suede shoes.
He slicked back his hair into a stylish quiff and sported a clean-shaven look.
He flashed a bright grin as he joined the two stars on the red carpet for the London photocall.
In the biopic, he portrays the late folk singer-songwriter Pete Seeger, who was one of the first to support Dylan, who was 22 years younger than him, and was another influential figure in the folk music movement in the ’60s.
They were also joined by the A Complete Unknown director, James Mangold, at the photocall event.
The filmmaker, 60, worked on Girl, Interrupted, two films in the X-Men franchise with The Wolverine and Logan, as well as Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
He put on a stylish display in a black and yellow plaid shirt, which he paired with a navy blue blazer jacket.
He completed his look with black trousers and shiny, leather shoes.
Later, he joined the three actors on the red carpet for a group photo.
A Complete Unknown follows a 19-year-old Bob Dylan in the early 1960s as he arrived in New York City just before his incredible rise to fame.
He changes the course of American music via the folk movement by going electric and siring rock as the voice of a generation.

A Complete Unknown premieres in theaters on Christmas Day, December 25.
