Fitness influencer Steph Claire Smith and husband Josh Miller’s lavish country mansion goes on the market for an eye-watering $8million

A glorious country home owned by the family of eyewear entrepreneur Josh Miller, husband of fitness influencer Steph Claire Smith, is set to go under the hammer.

Located in Bearii, a tiny town on the Victoria-NSW border, 157 km from Melbourne, the beautiful pad boasts seven bedrooms, five bathrooms and a golf course.

The 100hectare spread has been listed with a price guide of $8million-$8.8million.

The Soda Shades founder revealed to the Australian Financial Review on Sunday that the home had sentimental value since it was where he first met Steph.

The couple got engaged and later married in 2019 on the property. They also lived there for some time.

The land was purchased by Josh’s father Ken Miller twenty years ago.

The Melbourne-based businessman then splashed out thousands on developing the site into a lavish country getaway.

Called ‘Clarendon Eyre’, the secluded property is situated close to the banks of the majestic Murray River and features a 16ha golf course with Santa Ana fairways, sand bunkers and an ornamental lake.

The main homestead was built from two existing dwellings, which were shipped specially to the site to create one large home.

Josh recently ungraded the original plans to merge the two buildings, one a weatherboard home and the other the former Mornington Art Gallery.

Design features include a classic ‘Aussie verandah’, box windows and ornamental finishings.

Meanwhile, the interior offers an ultra-modern look and features a built-in sound system, timber floors and porcelain benchtops.

There’s also a pool, spa, large entertainment deck, tennis court and home theatre.

The sale comes after Steph shared that she has another baby on the way.

The KIC fitness app founder, 30, took to Instagram earlier this month to share the joyous news.

Steph, who often features her three-year-old son Harvey in her social media posts, announced the news with a series of black and white photos.

The health and fitness influencer recently received backlash from her follows for taking her son Harvey to the gym.

Steph hit back at critics in early September when she came under fire for going to the gym with her toddler son Harvey.

She shared a video of herself at the gym with her son in tow, prompting mum-shaming trolls to criticise her for not going without Harvey another time.

One follower commented: ‘If it was your day with him, why did you need to go to the gym. Wouldn’t you want to do fun things with him?’

In a since-deleted TikTok post and Instagram reel, Steph clapped back at her critics, saying she didn’t ‘need someone else’s judgement’.

She fumed: ‘If it’s not how you parent, fine, but casting this kind of judgement publicly is just so unnecessary.’

This comment was on my latest reel, where I showed myself getting a gym workout in, and taking Harvey with me for the first time ever.’

Steph also insisted that making time to exercise is not a selfish act for a parent to do and suggested that taking a toddler to the gym was a way to instil a healthy lifestyle.
