A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a one-year-old baby died in hospital.
Police officers were called at 4.37am on Tuesday to reports that a baby had suffered a cardiac arrest at a house in the New Bilton area of Rugby.
The baby was taken to hospital but sadly died.
A 24-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man have both been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Anyone with information that could help police with their enquires are being asked to call 101 or report online.
