NEW: Biden Pardons Fauci, Milley, Cheney, Others in Shocking Abuse of Presidential Power

If Joe Biden’s pardon of his degenerate son wasn’t enough to place him among the most corrupt presidents in American history, his eleventh-hour move to pardon a slew of partisan operatives may have just rocketed him to the top of the list.

In a stunning move, the president (for a few more hours, at least) issued a pre-emptive pardon for Mark Milley, Anthony Fauci, and all the members of the January 6th committee, including Liz Cheney. A statement, no doubt written by Biden’s handlers, declared that he still supports the “rule of law” but was forced to abuse his power to protect his partisan allies because of “extraordinary circumstances.”

What are some of the alleged crimes these people have committed? Milley infamously called up the Chinese government before the 2020 election and pledged to commit treason, warning them of any possible attack ordered by Donald Trump. While he claimed he was protecting the nation, the chain of command has no “I disagree with the president” clause that allows treason to be legal. What Milley did was one of the most disturbing breaches of conduct by a military officer ever.

As to Anthony Fauci, even putting aside questions about his involvement in gain-of-function research regarding COVID-19 and the fact that he repeatedly lied to the public, he allegedly broke the law by lying under oath during a congressional hearing. When questioned by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) about the NIH supporting gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Lab, Fauci defiantly proclaimed that to be false. In 2024, it was proven that he lied

Then there’s the members of the January 6th committee. Regarding Cheney specifically, she allegedly tampered with a witness to get the narrative she wanted while other members altered or destroyed evidence

Evidence uncovered by the Subcommittee revealed that former Congresswoman Liz Cheney tampered with at least one witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, by secretly communicating with Hutchinson without Hutchinson’s attorney’s knowledge.,” it added. “This secret communication with a witness is improper and likely violates 18 U.S.C. 1512. Such action is outside the due functioning of the legislative process and therefore not protected by the Speech and Debate clause.”

Returning to Biden, this is a final moment of shame for what is now inarguably the worst presidency in modern history. He has deeply abused his power to protect people from the repercussions of the law while repeatedly claiming to be “defending democracy.” Does handing out pardons like candy for unspecified crimes while claiming the recipients didn’t do anything wrong sound like defending democracy to you? This is the move of a third-world dictator, not a President of the United States.

Biden has stained the office in irreparable ways, and the incoming second Trump administration should do whatever it can to make those who were part of this pay. Since these pardons do not cover future actions, make these people come in and testify, forcing them to either lie again or admit they lied before. That will expose the pardons as a sham or lead to their prosecution. No one should get off the hook easily here.
