Margot Robbie looked effortlessly chic as she enjoyed a relaxing walk with a friend in Los Angeles on Thursday – nearly four weeks after giving birth.
The actress, 34, who welcomed her first child in October with husband Tom Ackerley, was seen strolling in a black mini dress with elbow length puffed sleeves and black sandals.
The Barbie star’s long, blonde hair was styled straight and her makeup looked natural with a soft pink lip.
Robbie – who is a new mom to a baby boy – accessorized the ensemble with a thin gold necklace and black sunglasses.
Her friend kept her look casual with a light gray cowl neck sweater, black pants and white sneakers.
She too wore dark sunglasses and carried a large black shoulder bag.
The Oscar nominee and her producer husband have been getting the hang of parenthood following their son’s arrival.
‘They waited a long time to get pregnant, so it was almost unbelievable when the baby actually arrived,’ and insider told People. ‘They’ve both been settling into being parents.’
The couple have not yet revealed the little one’s name.
‘They’re homebodies so it’s been lovely to spend the time just them, at home with him,’ the source revealed, adding ‘They’re so happy.’
Earlier this month, The Mail on Sunday confirmed that Margot and Tom had welcomed their little one to the world.
Two weeks before the confirmation, Robbie reportedly went into labor shortly before her due date.
However, the couple’s son was born on October 17 and ‘all is well’ with Margot and their newborn.
Robbie and Ackerley – who tied the knot in 2016 – mainly keep their home life very private.
The pregnancy was not revealed until July, when her very obvious baby bump was seen in photos from their vacation in Italy.
Margot has talked about wanting children in the past before it was revealed that the lovebirds were expecting their first child together.
During an interview with Sunday Style, the actress had stated, ‘I want TONS of children. Well, maybe not too many.’
‘I grew up in a family of four [kids], so that sounds like a good number. We’ll see what happens; no time soon. I know that once I have kids, they’ll be my priority, so I want to do the family thing later.’
The couple are also partners in their production company LuckyChap Entertainment, with Sophia Kerr and Josey McNamara.
In June, Ackerley told The Sunday Times that the couple have a good work-life balance, even though they spend ’24 hours a day’ together.
‘It’s seamless. We don’t have a toggle on, toggle off. It’s all become one thing,’ he explained.
Robbie will be seen on the big screen next in A Big Bold Beautiful Journey with Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Colin Farrell.
The story of two strangers and the unbelievable journey that connects them was scheduled to open Mother’s Day weekend on May 9, 2025.
