MSNBC hosts Joe Scarborough and Mike Brzezinski have proven they’re as shallow as they come by visiting President-elect Donald Trump on Friday even after profiting off of demonizing him for years, with Scarborough going so far as to say that Trump was “going full blown Hitler” during the 2023 primary season.

But now, as we’ve been reporting, they’ve bent the knee and have kissed the rear of the President-elect by visiting him at Mar-a-Lago not even two weeks out from his landslide presidential election victory over Kamala Harris. At first, I wondered why he would meet with these shrill former sycophants turned into bitter haters and now turned into… who knows what exactly?
Then I realized, perhaps this is the best revenge, because leftists are melting down, as RedState’s Sister Toldjdah reported, the right won’t ever respect the undynamic duo again, and now reportedly staffers at MSNBC are enraged.
These days, it seems as if nobody likes them:
MSNBC staffers are lashing out at “Morning Joe” co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski after they shocked their liberal viewers by revealing their recent Mar-a-Lago meeting with President-elect Donald Trump.
“Cowardice,” one MSNBC employee reacted to Fox News Digital. “Doing exactly what [anti-Trump historian] Tim Snyder warns on our air not to do: obey in advance. It’s disgusting but frankly unsurprising.”
The source said MSNBC’s rank and file are now “largely disdainful” of the network’s morning stars, saying it “feels like they are just opportunistic.”
Pretty brutal.

Washingon Post columnist and MSNBC contributor Jennifer Rubin took to Bluesky—the failing liberal attempt to re-create X— to vent:

MSNBC host Katie Phang meanwhile wrote on X, “Normalizing Trump is a bad idea. Period.” Another network employee agreed:
“Katie Phang is right. It’s normalization (and it’s access bulls—). Journalists don’t need access to their subjects to hold them to account. None of it is believable. The obvious answer is believable: they are opportunists.”
The insider expressed concerns that MSNBC will face significant blowback as a result of the Mar-a-Lago, meeting with left-wing viewers already lashing out. Some already calling for a boycott of the network.
“This feels serious,” they said. “I can’t imagine [parent company] Comcast minds this development. But the MSNBC people do.”

The thought of a poisonous working atmosphere at MSNBC and especially on the “Morning Joe” set sends a thrill up my leg. These two grifters deserve it as much as anyone in the mainstream media, most of who thoroughly beclowned themselves this election season with fear-mongering rhetoric and out-of-touch lectures to the little people. Their plunging ratings prove that they’ve lost all credibility.
Perhaps Donald Trump just served up a very savage revenge, and they didn’t see it coming.
