One of Kamala Harris’ biggest problems — besides having a failed record and being attached to a failed Joe Biden — is that she isn’t able to enunciate a clear vision of what her plans would be.

She talks a lot about “joy” and “dreams and aspirations.” But she doesn’t actually put out clear, concrete policies — although she has swiped some ideas from former President Donald Trump. Even in what was billed as her “economic speech” in Pittsburgh, it was pretty much an empty nothing.

When she’s asked about the economy and what she would do to fix the crushing inflation and problems that she helped to create, her most common response tends to start with “Well, I was born a middle class kid,” followed by a word salad signifying nothing:
All Kamala can do is repeat the same lines about ‘growing up middle class.’
Her mother had a PhD and worked as a scientist at Berkeley…
and her father had a PhD and was a professor at Stanford.

Of course, the problem is that there is no honest answer that doesn’t acknowledge how Harris helped cause the problems; she isn’t willing to admit that.

It isn’t going over well. When even Al Gore appears to be mocking her over it, she just might have a problem.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. blew up her talking point with a great troll while he was at the Falk Productions manufacturing facility in Walker, Michigan, on Friday, campaigning for former President Donald Trump. He said the Democratic Party has now given us a “loophole” around having to admit responsibility for being wrong:

The crowd responded, “I was born in the middle class!”
RFK then inquired, “And the next time your wife asks you why you didn’t take out the garbage, what are you gonna say?”
The crowd replied, “I was born in the middle class!”
RFK asked, “And the next time your landlord asks you for the rent check, what are you gonna say?”
The crowd roared back, “I was born in the middle class!”
Now, that’s perfect.
A lot of people were born in the middle class, what does that have to do with not doing your job? What does that have to do with driving up inflation? Why should anyone vote for you just because you were “born in the middle class”? If she actually cared about the middle class and had any good ideas, why hasn’t she employed any of them for the past three-plus years?
