Sharon Osbourne made it clear that she has better things to do than spend Thanksgiving in the kitchen this year.
When asked about her plans for the American holiday — which is also celebrated in Canada, but earlier in October — Sharon gave a characteristically foul-mouthed response while chatting with TMZ.
When asked if she would be cooking on Thursday, the 72-year-old wife of Ozzy Osbourne bluntly responded: ‘F*** no!’
The former co-host of The Talk was spotted out after a last-minute run to a grocery store in Los Angeles ahead of the holiday.
She also clarified that she prefers to celebrate Thanksgiving at her own home, rather than having someone else host.
Sharon may have given up on doing the holiday cooking after getting some bad reviews from her husband Ozzy.
During a 2005 episode of Gordon Ramsey’s reality series The F Word, the Black Sabbath frontman shared in an interview that he considers his longtime wife the ‘worst cook on the face of the Earth.’
He joked that Sharon ‘couldn’t even make a piece of toast without burning it.’
In the episode, Sharon admitted that she had to keep the instructions for her home oven ‘taped to the side of it’ because she used it so rarely.
She also joked that Ozzy would ‘hide his booze’ in the oven at the height of his struggles with substance use because he knew she was unlikely to ever open it.
Ramsey showed Sharon how to cook a tasty lamb chop with mint — a favorite of Ozzy’s — and when she asked for a solid side dish to accompany it he suggested mashed potatoes.
When the celebrity chef asked Sharon if she knew how to make the simple dish, she jokingly responded: ‘Yeah, you get powder and you pour boiling water in it.’
Shannon looked particularly gaunt on the outing, which comes after she revealed in December that she had lost 42 pounds via the weight-loss medicine Ozempic.
Sharon’s trip out comes days after she displayed a notably taut visage and raised brows during a recent shopping trip, three years after undergoing a disastrous ‘Cyclops’ facelift.
In December 2023 Sharon revealed her 2021 facelift is the ‘worst thing she ever did’ in a candid new interview.
The reality star who previously revealed the procedure left her looking like ‘Quasimodo’, told The Times: ‘I looked like Cyclops. I had one eye here and one eye there and my mouth was all skewiff.
‘And then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected.’
Sharon has been open about her fondness for getting plastic surgery over the years, but hasn’t denied having regrets.
She revealed that she last went under the knife in order to fix a previous operation that left her looking like the deformed protagonist in Victor Hugo’s novel The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.
The Daily Star quotes Sharon as saying: ‘There’s not one part of my body that I haven’t had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever.
‘I’ve been messed up many times. This last one was a kind of fix-it job from the guy that did it before.
‘I looked like Quasimodo, because I had one eye here, one eye there. It was wicked.’
The mother-of-three has previously opened up about the disastrous facelift, which took place in October 2021 and took five and a half hours.
Speaking to The Sunday Times, she said: ‘I’m telling you, it was horrendous. I’m, like [to the surgeon], “You’ve got to be f*****g joking.”
‘One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f*****g cyclops. I’m, like, “All I need is a hunchback”.’
Sharon added: ‘I looked like one of those f*****g mummies that they wrap [with bandages]. It hurt like hell. You have no idea.’
She later claimed that the botched procedure had scared her off getting anymore cosmetic surgery done.
Sharon has also said another facelift in 2019 left her looking like Elvis doing his trademark snarl, as it involved lifting her mouth.
1999 saw her lose over 100 pounds through a gastric band operation and she revealed she had spent $120,000 on a facelift, tummy tuck, eye lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction and Botox as well at the time.
Sharon also admitted in 2007 that she had spent approximately £300,000 – which at the time equated to about $530,000 US on cosmetic surgeries and enhancements.
The TV host has had various tummy tucks, a breast reduction, vaginal cosmetic surgery and got a double mastectomy in 2012 after learning about her risk of developing breast cancer.
