Teenage model, 19, builds massive property empire after buying homes in several in-demand Sydney suburbs: ‘I’m extremely proud’

A teen content creator has built a massive property empire following her success on an X-rated platform.

Paris Ow-Yang, the 19-year-old daughter of Sydney neurosurgeon and spine surgeon Dr Michael Ow-Yang, is a TikTok-turned-OnlyFans creator.

She has cashed in on her adult content, building a property empire and earning millions after being placed in the top 0.02 per cent of all creators on the site.

Speaking to Sydney Confidential, the young content creator said purchasing many luxurious properties in Sydney’s eastern suburbs has been an ‘incredible journey.’

‘It has allowed me financial freedom and control over my career,’ she said.

‘I’ve been able to create an empire for myself, on my own terms, and I’m extremely proud investing in numerous properties around the eastern suburbs.’

Paris previously denied rumours her neurosurgeon dad manages her OnlyFans account, but it seems he does have a hand in her property empire.

A search on ABN lookup and similar sites finds that Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd has purchased five homes in some of Sydney’s most lucrative locations, with Paris’ father listed as the main shareholder.

It is unclear if any of these assets are owned by Paris herself.

Ow-Yang Property Pty Ltd was registered as a business in 2022 and procured one property in 2023.

Four more properties were purchased this year, managing to add $7million to the portfolio.

Properties purchased recently include a two bedroom, two bathroom unit in Bondi, which includes a rooftop overlooking the ocean.

She also bought an entire block of flats in Randwick for $4.3million.

The four units each have a rental yield of between $650 and $730 per week, due to the area’s desirability.

The site is close to local cafes and boutiques, and boasts easy access to Centennial Parklands and Coogee Beach.

The family have also recently listed their four bedroom, three bathroom estate for sale.

The Bowral mansion, named Chateau Blondel, is a property sprawling out across almost 1000 sqm.

The interiors include imported chandeliers, granite and marble floors, and a French-style kitchen.

Outside, there is a saltwater pool that is heated for luxurious winter swims, as well as a 60kW solar system.

Paris comes from a very wealthy background, having attended the prestigious The Frensham School – a $33,000-a-year ladies boarding school located south of Sydney.

Her dad is a highly qualified medical expert with extensive experience in neurosurgery. The average neurosurgeon gross salary in Sydney is $703,114.

Earlier this year, Paris faced court over the damage she caused when she smashed her Mercedes into a parked van while driving four times over the legal limit.

The teen, who says she was dealing with her breakup from nightclub tycoon Julian Tobias at the time, became embroiled in a legal dispute over $150,000 she owes businessman Adam Troost, the owner of a red Mercedes van.

Ow-Yang has disputed the amount of $150,000 but has indicated she is ‘ready, willing and able to pay’ $90,000 in damages,’ her legal counsel said.

‘We asked for a valuation (of the damaged vehicle), and that figure was $90,000 which my client is ready, willing and able to pay,’ Michael Bowe said.

The influencer smashed her $50,000 black Mercedes sedan into Mr Troost’s van while it was parked in Point Piper in Sydney‘s east at about 8.45pm on October 18.

Mr Troost’s lawyers previously sent a draft statement of claim to Ow-Yang asking for $150,000 to replace the van, however she is allegedly still yet to pay.

The incident happened after Paris got drunk over nine hours to drown her ‘pain and hurt’ over a break up with nightclub baron Julian, the Downing Centre Local Court was told in November.

Paris started out at Meat & Co at midday on the day in question, and later drank at a Chinese restaurant and at a friend’s place.

She later blew 0.213 and police observed that the P2 licence holder had no P plates displayed on her car.

Paris, who began dating the now 45-year-old when she was 17, started drinking white wine at 3pm on October 18, after a previous period of partying at her parents’ Southern Highlands estate and in Bali.

Standing up before Magistrate Rodney Brender, Paris was warned that her behaviour had ‘put you and other people on the road in danger’.

His Honour told Paris she faced a possible 18-month jail sentence and that ‘where moral culpability is increased by aggravating factors anything less than jail is generally inappropriate.

‘If it happens again … (yes), jail.’
