College football quarterback Quinn Ewers’ private messages have reportedly landed him in hot water back at home.
The Texas star made headlines for his activity off the field this week when his alleged private Instagram DMs begging a girl for photos were leaked.
A photo appearing to show a conversation between Ewers and a woman called Audrey was shared by X account, @B1ackShcfter.
The shared image of a phone screen showed multiple messages between the signal caller and Audrey with Ewers repeatedly asking for nudes.
Ewers appeared to have sent 11 consecutive messages pleading, with one reading, ‘Just one pls. Just a pic, not even a vid.’
‘Bc I want to see your p***y,’ Ewers explained in another as the messages continued.
Now, it appears the taken quarterback has found himself in trouble with his girlfriend after the internet shed a light on his alleged promiscuous activity.
Ewers has been dating Maddy Barnes since early 2023 but their relationship is said to be on the rocks after this week’s revelation.
‘Insiders suggest that Mady is seriously rethinking her relationship with Quinn in light of these allegations,’ a source told Sportscasting.
‘The young marketing student has plenty of ambitions of her own, and being caught in a scandal of this nature might be a red flag for her.’
Barnes, a member of the Chi Omega sorority, is a marketing student at the University of Oklahoma, while Ewers plays ball in Austin.
Despite their long-distance relationship, the 21-year-old has regularly shared loved-up snaps of the couple to her 9,000 followers on Instagram.
After Ewers’ pleading, Audrey appeared to have finally relented, sending a one-time-view photo on Instagram to which, the quarterback demanded, ‘Take it off.’
Audrey appeared to have reluctantly caved under his relentless pressure again, simply saying, ‘ok,’ before sending another photo.
Ewers shined in the Longhorns’ 49-17 steamrolling of the Florida Gators with 19 completions for 27 attempts. He tallied 333 yards and five touchdowns in the victory without any interceptions.
Texas are 6-1 this season, with their only loss coming against the Georgia Bulldogs in October.
They sit third in the SEC as they gear up to face Arkansas on November 16.
