The AFL’s most expensive membership package costs a staggering $5990 – here’s what you get for spending a small fortune

As the AFL season rapidly approaches, clubs have released their membership packages with some value on offer and some packages set to cost fans an eye-watering amount. 

Port Adelaide fans are set to be stung the most, with the top tier membership package costing almost $6000 in a time when many are feeling the pinch of cost of living rises.

The Power’s MG Suite One membership stands out at $5990, providing access to an exclusive function area, fine dining, and premium seating in the Riverbank Stand. 

Other clubs also offer premium packages with significant perks. 

The Western Bulldogs’ Westerners with all Victorian games membership costs $3850 and includes access to every Victorian game, a guaranteed grand final seat, and an invitation to the president’s function. 

Richmond’s Club XIII membership, priced at $2095, grants premium level two seating, exclusive access to club facilities, and guaranteed grand final ticket access.

North Melbourne’s Arden Lounge membership at $2400 offers a fully inclusive match-day experience with premium dining and invitations to exclusive functions.

Melbourne Demons fans willing to spend $1370 can secure a Legends membership, which provides premium level two seating for MCG home games and guaranteed grand final ticket access. 

The Sydney Swans’ Redback Platinum 11 membership, priced at $1379, is limited to 200 members and offers platinum seating, a pre-game coaches briefing, and priority access to finals tickets. 

The West Coast Eagles’ Club 87 membership costs $1735 and includes access to a sports-bar-style function room, premium reserve seating on level three, and priority one grand final ticket access.

For fans looking for value, there are more affordable options that still provide significant benefits. 

Adelaide’s Vic Ultimate membership, priced at $289, offers general admission access to Crows matches in Victoria and three home games in Adelaide. 

Defending premiers Brisbane Lions are offering Prime Reserved Seat membership, at $475, guarantees reserved seating for all home matches at the Gabba. 

Carlton’s Member Zone membership costs $325 and grants access to level one reserved bays for all home games with priority access to finals tickets.

St Kilda offers the best-priced tier two memberships in the AFL for those that want to lash out

Collingwood’s General Admission Home & Away membership, priced at $420, offers general admission to all home and away games in Melbourne. 

Essendon’s Flexi Home & Away membership at $330 provides general admission access to all home and away games in Melbourne. 

Fremantle’s Melbourne membership, costing just $130, allows general admission to five Melbourne games and priority two access to finals tickets. 

Geelong’s Home & Away membership at $395 provides general admission access to all Cats games in Victoria.

The Gold Coast Suns’ Silver Membership, at $325, includes reserved seating for all home games, while GWS Giants’ Sydney Gold Giant membership, priced at $420, features a gold reserved seat for all home games. 

Hawthorn’s Ponsford Membership, at $475, grants reserved level two seating for MCG home games and exclusive club access. 

Melbourne Demons’ Red & Blue Home and Away membership at $405 provides general admission for all home and away games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium.

North Melbourne’s 11-Game General Admission membership costs $259 and includes general admission seating at Marvel Stadium and Hobart games. 

Port Adelaide’s 11-Game General Admission membership at $275 offers access to all Power home games and priority finals ticket access. 

Richmond’s Punt Road Boundary membership, priced at $390, provides reserved seating for all home games with an option to add away game access. 

St Kilda’s Ultimate Level Two Reserved membership, at $635, is one of the most affordable level two reserved seating options at Marvel Stadium.
