Tom Holland documented his casual Boston date night with girlfriend Zendaya in his latest Instagram Stories on Sunday.
The Spider-Man: Homecoming actor, 28, and the Euphoria star, 28, ventured out to the Foxhole bar where they sipped on his new non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero.
The English actor shared a number of clips and photos from the outing. In the first video he was seen walking with Zendaya following behind him.
‘I’m heading out to a bar to go and have my first Bero in the wild,’ he said, as Zendaya popped up behind him saying, ‘whee!’
‘I’ll let you know how it goes,’ Tom — who went sober in 2022 — added.
The next clip was filmed by Zendaya and featured Tom sipping on his beer, as he called out, ‘First one in the wild, baby!’
Meanwhile Zendaya — who was recently seen rocking a Bero hat — exclaimed ‘Ooh!’ before panning the camera to show the can of Bero.
Another snap saw the Challengers star sitting at a table with a glass of beer in front of her. Tom added three heart-eye emojis to the photo.
The Dune actress looked casually chic in a red top paired with a gold necklace, and her hair brushed back in a bun.
Tom also shared a picture of the bar’s logo.
At present, Bero stocks three dynamic styles: Kingston Golden Pils, Edge Hill Hazy IPA, and Noon Wheat.
Holland launched Bero in October with glamorous Zendaya at his side, after he publicly announced his decision to stop drinking in January 2022.
He has been vocal about his journey to sobriety.
Last year, the actor appeared on Jay Shetty’s podcast where he opened up about realizing how addicted he was to alcohol after partaking in a Dry January.
‘I didn’t one day wake up and say, “I’m giving up drinking.” I just, like many Brits, had had a very, very boozy December, Christmas time, I was on vacation, I was drinking a lot,’ Tom began, adding he has ‘always been able to drink a lot.’
‘I decided to just give up for January, I wanted to do just Dry January, and all I think about was taking a drink,’ he continued.
‘It was all I could think about. I was waking up thinking about it, I was checking the clock, ‘When’s it 12?’ And it just really scared me,’ Holland continued.
‘I was like, ‘Wow, maybe I have a little bit of an alcohol thing,’ so I sort of decided to just punish myself and say I’ll do February as well, I’ll do two months off.’
Tom contended that if he could ‘do two months off then I could prove to myself that I don’t have a problem.’
Two months had passed, but Tom said he was ‘still really struggling, like I couldn’t be social, I felt like I couldn’t go to the pub and have a lime soda, I couldn’t go out for dinner, I was really, really struggling and I stared to really worry that I had an alcohol problem.’
But Tom persevered and decided to go another three months until his birthday, June 1.
‘I said to myself, if I can do six months without alcohol, then I can prove to myself that I don’t have a problem,’ Tom said.
‘By the time I had got to June 1, I was the happiest I had ever been in my life.’
Tom recently confirmed that he will be returning as Spider-Man for the fourth film during an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
However he did not confirm if Zendaya will be reprising her role as MJ.
Recently he also excited fans of the movies after revealing that he and Zendaya have read an early draft of the script for the movie.
He said that both him and his girlfriend think the script is ‘excellent,’ although he admitted that ‘it needs work.’
Holland teased: ‘But the writers are doing a great job.’
‘I read it three weeks ago and it really lit a fire in me,’ he said about how he and his costar-turned-girlfriend Zendaya got their hands on an early draft of the script last month.
‘Zendaya and I sat down and read it together and we at times were bouncing around the living room, like, this is a real movie worthy of the fans’ respect.’
He and Zendaya went public with their relationship in 2021 but it is thought that they began dating as early as 2017.
