[Pomerantz had helped lead the probe into Trump under former D.A. Cyrus Vance, but resigned in 2022 amidst Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg’s initial unwillingness to pursue charges against Trump.] Ultimately, the Biden/Harris DOJ forced Bragg to concoct anything to embarrass TRUMP. But it was even more so what the CORRUPT and TOTALLY CONFLICTED POLITICAL HACK Judge did, and is doing, on this sham trial. I even have, STILL, an Unconstitutional Gag Order where I am not allowed to speak about the Judge’s highly disqualifying Conflicts of Interest. Virtually ever legal scholar and pundit says THERE IS NO (ZERO!) CASE AGAINST ME. The Judge fabricated the facts, and the law, no different than the other New York Judicial and Prosecutorial Witch Hunts. That’s why businesses are fleeing New York, taking with them millions of jobs, and BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN TAXES. The legal system is broken, and businesses can’t take a chance in getting caught up in this quicksand. IT’S ALL RIGGED, in this case against a political opponent, ME!!!

Trump lamented the lawfare that the Democrats have unleashed upon him, particularly in New York, where Attorney General Letitia James’ ridiculous persecution of him led to gargantuan fines despite the fact that there were no victims to his alleged “crimes” of over-inflating his real estate assets. In fact, the banks involved said they would do business with him again.
How is this any semblance of “justice?”
And don’t get me started about the E. Jean Carroll case—an absolute perversion of the system.

Unbelievably, the listless Bragg case against Trump drags on despite the fact that Trump just won an overwhelming victory in the presidential election.

But guess what? Love him or hate him, he’s also right. The endless lawfare that the Democrats and the DOJ and Attorney General Merrick Garland and Fulton County DA Fani Willis and Alvin Bragg and Letitia James and Adam Shifty Schiff and all the rest of them has been an embarrassment to our country, and has made us look like a banana republic in the eyes of the world.

What if these crusaders came after you or me, and we didn’t have hundreds of millions of dollars to defend ourselves against bogus charges? You don’t have to be a MAGA adherent to know that this has been wrong, wrong, wrong, and bad for the country, and it must end.
