Tyson Fury has overhauled his social media as his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk draws closer.

The 36-year-old suffered his first career defeat when he faced the Ukrainian in May as Usyk became the heavyweight division’s first undisputed champion in more than two decades.

Fury was at ringside as longtime rival Anthony Joshua was unceremoniously defeated by Daniel Dubois on Saturday and since the fight has shifted his output on social media.

Well-known for being outspoken about his Christian beliefs, Fury has shared several religious messages on his Instagram account, captioning one by insisting that the ‘gate of eternity’ awaits the faithful.

‘Blessed be the name of the king Yesuar,’ he wrote.

Former heavyweight champion has shared multiple posts relating to his faith in recent days

‘2024 ask any [sic] you will receive. Call & he will answer! Knock and the door will be opened! The gate of eternity awaits.’

The former heavyweight champion also changed his profile picture to an image with the words: ‘I love Jesus. All day. Every day.’

Though his clash with Usyk is just three months away, Fury recently revealed that he is yet to return to the gym to begin his training camp.

Asked how his preparations were going earlier this week he admitted: ‘I haven’t started training yet.

‘I won’t go into camp for a good while. I think I’ve got 13 weeks today until my fight.

‘So, I’ll probably start training in about six weeks for it. I do about six/seven weeks of training for these fights usually and I’ll be ready to rock and roll on the night.

‘Roll on December 21, come on!’
