Back in October, CBS was caught running a heavily edited version of at least one of then-Vice President Kamala Harris’ answers in her “60 Minutes” interview with host Bill Whitaker and refused calls to release a full, unedited video of that interview so we could see what else might have been edited. At that time the network refused, claiming “freedom of the press” or something. Then Donald Trump sued them for $10 billion, and the network announced that they’d finally comply with an FCC request for the footage and transcript that had been sent in October.

CBS has now complied, and the FCC has published both the unedited video and the transcript – both of which are embedded in this article for your viewing/reading pleasure.
For a refresher on the controversy, here’s a video showing Harris’ actual word salad answer about Israel – which was shown as part of a teaser for the interview – and what actually aired.
Remember Kamala’s word salad answer about Israel on 60 Minutes? It’s gone.

I have not watched the entire 53-minute video yet or read the full transcript (though I did ask ChatGPT to summarize it for me); I decided to go ahead and publish it so our readers would have the information more expeditiously.
The video begins with Harris dabbing her nose with a tissue and remarking that “mold is at an all-time high today, which is the one thing that I’m allergic to,” and cackling.
