WATCH: Joe Biden and Baghdad Gavin Insult Everyone’s Intelligence During Wildfires Response Video Call

While Joe Biden, thank goodness, won’t be in office anymore after January 20th, the people of California are going to be stuck with Gov. Gavin Newsom for a while longer, which is bad news for anyone desirous of a return to sanity, stability, safety, affordability, and accountability in the Golden State.

Both Newsom and Biden have been in close contact amid the wildfires that have been ravaging Los Angeles and with no end in sight. In one interaction, which happened as the cameras were rolling, a tone-deaf Biden, who was in the state, announced to Newsom and others in the room with him that things might be bad there but he had some good news: he had just become a great grandfather.

“My son [Hunter] lives out here, by the way,” Biden proclaimed. “They got the notification yesterday that their home has probably burned to the ground. Today, it appears that it may be still standing. We’re not sure, but the good news is, I’m a great-grandfather as of today.”

And in another alleged interaction, a frantic victim of the wildfires tried to talk to Newsom but he told her he was on a call with Biden right at that moment trying to get answers (uh huh).

As infuriating as that excuse was, it was Newsom’s video conference call with Biden that was perhaps the most insulting of all.

On Friday, Newsom and Biden, along with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, Vice President Kamala Harris, and FEMA administrator Deanne Criswell, all sat down, ostensibly to discuss the devastating wildfires, what was being done, and what more the feds could do to help.

Instead, it turned into a whine-a-thon.

In one clip, we see Biden whining about Newsom and other Democrat leaders in California “getting a bad rap about these fire hydrants [that] don’t have enough water in them.”

“Give me a break,” Biden also said.

Watch:

In another, we see Newsom begging for help from Biden of all people in combating alleged “misinformation” that he says is spreading about the wildfires and the government’s response to them:

Imagine being a resident of Los Angeles, especially one who has lost everything, and seeing the two of them together talking not about ways to help people but complaining about the finger-pointing and about people not buying the official narrative Newsom, Bass, and others have pushed about the situation.

To repeat something I’ve said before, change has got to happen in California but as long as a majority of people keep voting for the same candidates and political party and expecting a different result, it’s only going to get worse. Their frustration needs to be channeled into action at the ballot box by voting these people out instead of continuing to reward them despite their continued failure to lead.
