Wolves are keen on Udinese defender Thomas Thiesson Kristensen after Juventus and others stepped in for Lens defender Kevin Danso.

Wolves midfielder Luke Cundle is joining Millwall in a £1million deal.

Denmark Under-21 centre-back Kristensen has been at Udinese since September 2023, when he joined from AGF.

In total, 23-year-old Kristensen has made 37 appearances for Udinese.

Wolves are currently in the relegation zone in the Premier League – they are in 18th place having taken just 16 points from their first 23 games.

Having conceded 52 goals, they will be determined to perform better defensively in the remainder of the campaign.

Vitor Pereira is eager for Wolves to add to their defensive options before the transfer deadline

Vitor Pereira’s side made two bids for Danso but were unable to agree a fee with Lens for the 26-year-old.

The Ligue 1 side are demanding a fee of £26m for Danso, who is also wanted by Rennes.

Earlier this month Wolves signed defender Emmanuel Agbadou from Reims for £16.6m.

Cundle, a product of Wolves’ academy, has made seven senior appearances for the club.

He has had loan spells at Swansea, Plymouth and Stoke.
